Yinka Quadri, a seasoned Nollywood actor, has disclosed that his wife was aware of his connections to some ladies in the film business and would even host and feed them when they stayed over at his house following late-night filming.
During an appearance on the Africanalist Podcast, the actor revealed how his wife finally got friends with some of the actresses he was associated with.
Quadri claims that some of the women would go to his wife to spread rumours about his purported liaisons with other entertainment business actresses.
“It reached a point where I won’t name the names of the women working in the field. They would make friends with my wife and begin spreading rumours that I was seeing a lot of people in the business, he claimed.
The seasoned actor also revealed that envy occasionally led to arguments between the women he dated, and some of them left his house even though his wife was already aware of the connections.
And some of the people we were dating left because they were jealous. In the meantime, my wife would declare that she already knew and doesn’t fight them because of it,” he continued.
Quadri went on to say that when filming concluded late, certain actresses would sometimes spend the nite at his house.
He claimed that even while his wife was aware of his interactions with the actresses, she would still make sure they were comfortable, even if it meant cooking for them.
They would occasionally spend the nite in my house when production ended later than expected. And that my wife would still feed them and everything even if she knew I was dating them,” he said.
