Abdulmuni Abiola, one of the sons of the late MKO, has vowed to never forgive his brother Kola.
He blamed Kola for refusing to hand over the inheritance to Abiola’s children despite blood tests.
According to Abdulmuni, Abiola bequeathed N650,000 to his first four wives but Kola refused to pay it.
Speaking on “Mic On Podcast” hosted by Seun Okinbaroyi on Saturday, Abdulmuni said:
“We have done the blood tests and we have made a list of eligible children. If you look at the will, you can see how systematic it is. He names his wives and distributes money to them.
“I want to give you some information on this. My mother was number 2 (Kudirat Olinka Abiola). I think she was allocated £150,000.
At the time, Kola was aware that my mother had died before my father and therefore under English law she was not allowed to give us the £150,000. “He also said that his mother has died and that he hasn’t received the £300,000 due to her, but it’s strange because it’s you who he’s sharing the money with… he could have given it to us if he wanted to.
“Not to mention my mother’s apartment in the UK, which Cora sold without us knowing anything and without telling my brother and sister.
So you can see that they systematically tried to impoverish my mother’s family, and that’s why I don’t think I’ll ever be able to forgive him.”
