The Director of Defence Media Operations, Maj.-Gen. Edward Buba, made this acknowledged while briefing newsmen at the operations of the military in Abuja.
The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has announced that it killed 40 IPOB members in Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Imo and Enugu.
