The governor of Gombe State, who was also a member of the APC Campaign Council for the Ekiti State governorship race, expressed optimism that Governor Oyebanji will build on the outstanding accomplishments of his first term in office with the fresh mandate.
“It is with immense pleasure that I heartily congratulate my good brother and friend, His Excellency, Governor Biodun Oyebanji, on his re-election for a second term in office,” Inuwa Yahaya declared.
“I have no doubt in my mind that this fresh mandate presents another opportunity to further build on the solid foundation of development and prosperity already laid in Ekiti State under your purposeful leadership,” he added.
“I ask Almighty God to continue guiding and blessing you with more strength, wisdom, and health so that you can carry out the admirable work you started four years ago for the advancement and well-being of the people of Ekiti State.”
Additionally, the Governor praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his visionary and intentional leadership, which has strengthened the APC and positioned the party for more political triumphs in 2027 and beyond.
Additionally, he commended the Chairman and members of the Ekiti State Governorship Election Campaign Council for their dedication, diligence, and strategic participation during the campaign, which resulted in the party’s election victory.
The governor pointed out that the election’s results further show how dominant the APC is throughout the nation and how much Nigerians still trust the party’s leadership and progressive agenda.
